General Description:
Titan365 series overhead LED UV lights are lamps with super large coverage area. This type of UV led bench light is specially engineered for non-destructive testing applications. Unique mechanical cooling system reduces running temperature, provides more safety for users, and ensures long bulb life.
These versatile, stationary light sources can be installed overhead or in-line, and can be ganged together to provide an even wider coverage area.
Two models are available to meet your specific inspection requirements which include high-intensity and standard intensity versions, each with or without a black light filter.
Features
- Titan365/12 uv led panels consist of 12 LEDs and produce a maximum intensity of 3.500 μW/cm2 at 15 inches (38 cm),and almost no visible light.
- Titan365/24 UV led panels consist of 24 LEDs, produce a larger coverage area and a nominal steady-state intensity of 4,500 μW/cm2.
- 100% solid state circuit ensures working properly in strong magnetic field
- Using optical glass lens, which will not aging after long time use.
- Safe and pure UV-A output without UV-B and UV-C.
- Unique mechanical cooling system keeps LEDs cool to maintain optimum light output during extended use
- Easily mountable for overhead inspection or in-line applications ,and the moving chain design makes the coverage area even larger

- Expandable! The lamp units can be connected together longitudinally or back-to-back to provide an even wider coverage area to meet your specific inspection requirements.
